I have a direct debit set up for my mobile on the 2nd of each month , payment was due out of my account kn 2nd sept, it says payment received on the sky app but has not left my bank account as of yet why is this

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe 2nd is the earliest date your direct debit may be made. It may actually be taken a couple of days later. As your account shows payment received, it's in progress. Don't be tempted to ,ake a manual payment unless Sky request one.
