Direct Debit Changes

I changed my payment method online to another bank account but it seems the money was taken from my old account.

How long does it take for my directions to be actioned?

Hi @Ollie2309   Did you change your payment details at least 14 days before your payment date?  This is when the collection was generated.

It's worth pointing out...

 

Bills for Sky Q, Sky+, and Sky Broadband/Talk are generated 14 days before your payment date.

 

Bills for Sky Mobile, Sky Glass and Stream are generated 3 days beforehand.

Please can you change my direct debit from the 25th of each month to the 28th of each month

As we are customers here this is something you will need to do for yourself and you can do this via the MySky app but you will have to wait until the bill on the 25th has been paid as you have left it to late to change it for this month.
