Different agents, different prices

My contract is up 21st July 2026. I contacted yesterday to review my account. Given a price of €93 first 6 months, €98 second 6 months. I wanted to discuss with my partner. Contacted sky today. Would not honour price from yesterday which was all done on WhatsApp so I have a record.  Best they would do after several agents was €103. I've decided to cancel. So frustrating.

Unfortunately we do regularly advise on here that if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back.

If you decide it’s no longer value for money and you’re thinking of changing providers remember that at the end of their minimum term you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that particular time.
