Device returned no refund

Hi all , I ordered iPhone 15 pro max and I received it and I changed my mind and still sealed didn't open the box , so I send it back next day and they confirmed received it , more than a month ago and I haven't heard back from sky so I had to call customer service several times to sort it out and now received a call from case advisor saying that the device received is not genuine !! and received email that the device is blocked as I requested and I have to keep paying !! Which I didn't request that I was shocked !!! how come ?! and now they saying it after a month of receiving the device !! and after I made so many complaints !! I'm so stressed right now and they keep saying they will call me again !! 

any advice
