Charged extra from my outstanding amount

Hi Team, i have end my broadband service on 4th april however you have charged me for the april month (14April-15may) from my outstanding amount. Please check. Let me know if you need more details.

That's normal. The overpayment from the date your services ceased will be refunded to your Sky account. From there it should be automatically repaid within 6 weeks providing you haven't cancelled your direct debit to Sky. Alternatively, once you see the credit on your Sky account you can request a manual repayment within 5 days. We can help arrange that, if you post here.
