Delivery Address
I've sigened up for Sky Stream, DPD have just tried to deliver my puck but I'm at work and live alone so they were unable to deliver. Only options I have is to change the date which is no good as I work full time, or pay for a timed slot (which I refuse to do as they're half day slots). Normally I can get the adddress changed to my work address or have it delivered to my neighbour.
Anyone any idea if these options become available after a number of failed deliveries?

Re: Delivery Address
Sky will only deliver to the address they hold for you. I don't know whether DPD are able to allow other options, I'm afraid,

Re: Delivery Address
What about trying to arrange delivery for a day off? I think DPD offer weekend deliveries too.

Re: Delivery Address
My next day off is at Christmas! You have to pay for weekend delivery, I refuse to pay to then have to sit around for half a day on a weekend. If Sky can't be flexible with delivery options they obviously don't want my buiness and I'll cancel. I'm going to try and speak to someone later.
I've found out the automatically cancel the order after 3 failed delivery attempts.
Absolutely crap customer service - it's not like the puck is massively expensive! I might tell them to stick my current Sky Q subscription too.
