Payment

Does anybody else think how Sky billing is not honest...

 

They take two payments per month instead like Virgin and BT take one payment...

Also, it's nothing like what I originally asked for, the payment is far more.

Sky don't take 2 payments a month, this only happens if the customer makes a manual payment, have you made manual payments?  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Are you a new customer?

Do the bills cover the same period?

If you’re a new customer your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links

Yes, I had one for TV sent out on the 21st August, another for digital went out on 2nd September...

 

Thanks for answering, I've just given notice to Sky... I'll go somewhere else.
