Default notice on my credit file after fraudulent phone ordered in my name!

Does anyone from sky monitor these posts as I have an urgent situation!

 

Somebody fraudulenty aquired a mobile phone in my name and after many hours of attempts to resolve I was told by the SKY FRAUD team that the default would be removed immeduately months ago.

 

Well I have just applied for a remortage and this has not been done, can anyone give any further advice on how to resolve please?

No one from Sky is likely to make contact via a post on the forum.  You'll need to persevere in contacting them.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Sky has up to 8 weeks to respond to you with a solution or to issue a deadlock letter.
