Moving home

Sky cancelled my broadband service when I was moving home on the day I spoke to them in error. It should have been on 31 October 2025. That left me with no broadband or landline for 4 weeks. Without these services it was a nightmare to move home. 
They offered in total £50 credit. I suggested they cancel my streaming service without penalty but was denied.

Do I have any recourse?

For your TV service nope as they are within their right to not let you cancel this early if you are still in the minimum term of a contract.
