Debt collection agency unknown

So I have been contacted by a debt collection agency to recover a debt from a mobile contract with sky but I have never been made aware of any debt and all bills been paid, what should I do

@Rose-Anne  Speak to the DCA to see what the amount of debt is and when it was passed to them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Did this correspondence from the debt recovery company address you by your name or just the occupier?
