I was on a call. I was told I was being transferred to someone who would help. Then they hung up and and said the dept is closed. I think that was a mean thing to do. However I was told that a whattsapp service is available. Can I get the number please

Hi @Sineadol I don't believe that Sky use Whatsapp for inbound messaging. In either case, numbers are blocked in this community. See the bottom of the page for possible social media routes.
