I keep getting phone calls from a debt collection agency about an outstanding balance that has been given to them from Sky. I don't have any outstanding debt with Sky as all my bills have been paid through direct debit, Sky themselves have confirmed this for me. Does anyone have any advice on what to do about this matter? Your help would be gratefully appreciated. A disgruntled customer!
