Dd date
Hi, new to sky. Not set up waiting till 14/01/2025 but want to set up DD date for 16th each month how do I do this? Thank you

@Nikki1983 You have to wait until activation has occurred and you have gone through two full billing cycles before you can change the dd date
when you are able to use the relevant section on the link below

You can change your billing date once your first two bills have been paid, so after that you are free to change it to the 16th which you can do via the MySky app or online here:
https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk/change-payment-date

The first bill will be due 2 weeks after your service is activated - you can't change that. Thereafter you can change the payment date to one of your choice. Note that when you change payment date your whole bill is recalculated, so the next payment may be for more or less than a month and will be charged pro rata. Thereafter bills will be for the expected monthly amount.
