Customer service

The outsourced customer service needs a lot more training. The operators completely messed up my account. I had to say that I was leaving sky before getting someone sensible to talk to.  Been with sky for over ten years (this time, many years before that) and yesterday was by far the worst I have ever experienced.

@Alfieboyne Without the savings they make moving the customer service offshore, they wouldn't be able to offer existing customers the massive discounts they get to match new customer offers ðŸ˜‰
