Re: Customer Services
As @GD1 posted above,
📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum does not allow the display of other numbers, but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.
All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

My point is, if she doesn't have internet access, how does she contact Sky if she needs them and if I'm not available to search the website for her? They must surely have a phone number that someone actually will answer ??
The point is, you do, and you can help her if you choose to.

Re: Customer Services
Yes I know I'm asking Sky users. Who else can I ask ? Sky themselves are not contactable, hence I've turned here for help.

Re: Customer Services
Phone is with BT. They can obviously call using that but there's nobody at Sky answering all the numbers she has tried and having no internet access, she cannot find help on line and in any case, the online chat doesn't work.
