Hello,

 

I canceled my sky account on August 1st.

I returned the network cable and got a confirmation it was delivered to your attention.

 

When could I receive the refund on my bank account?

How should I do the direct debit service?

You returned network cable? What did you actually return?

Refunds are apparently taking longer than the usual 6 weeks from your last day of connection.

 

We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and we don't know when it'll return.

 

You will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps. Saying nothing when asked the reason for your call usually helps in getting put in the queue.

 

Alternatively post back in this thread next week to see if we can help further.

Thank you for your feedback. I returned the Sky equipment for Wifi.
