No Sky Services

Had intermittent loss of broadband/tv packages on 3 Sats/Suns between 10.30 and 5pm July/beg August 2025, happened again on 9th August and it has never came on again, bill was late paid but before the 9th, as salary was paid late (there had been outages as other neighbours had issues, too so thought nothing of it).  I still have no internet access, late charge paid over a week ago as not aware it had been applied until I visited relative's house following weekends  to check Sky Account amongst other tasks.. My Sky Account still suspended and services restricted as balance due, but screen shows £0.00 balance and I am unable to set up new DD as does not accept my bank account name which is shown on my Sky account or even the name on my bank account. Mobile data on PAYG is not an option as too expensive as has cost me more than my Sky package. I have had to visit my late mother's home, who passed away in April, a 3 hour return trip, to be able to send this and sort out messages etc as when I get back home, I will be without service. Landline not used so restricted on how I can resolve.

Restrictions are automatic and are only applied due to a missed payment/s.. Agents at Sky cannot override the process even if you’re told otherwise.

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe you owe regardless of any individual circumstances and you’ve also set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. (If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.)

Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a payment. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until sometime the following week.

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
