I closed my Broadband Account in May/June and I have been due a Credit of £52 it is showing on my Sky account but I have not yet received it , is there normally a delay

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt could take up to 6 weeks to reach your account from your last day of connection providing your payment method is still live. If your method is closed Sky would have to send you a cheque in the post. If you call Sky they can process it for you within 3-5 working days.
