Credit refund

I cancelled sky over a year ago I've had an email to say that I'm due a credit refund however when I phone the number it's an automated voice asking for my sky account number. The message says that they will send a cheque to the address on the sky account. I have moved house and no longer at that address and can't seem to change it. How do I change the address or get the refund online rather than through cheque? Or is this a scam?

This isn't a scam as you have been sent this as Sky can not issue the refund as there is no payment set up on the account which is why they will be sending a cheque.

If you are happy to reset the payment up and can respond today we can alert Sky's messaging team for you about this as they will then send you a private message about this.
