Iv been charged

Hello I've been charged two times in the last couple of months when I'm not using sky any more

My partner has started with new provider and we are not using any more sky. And I've been charged two times  I'd like to stop it

Did you call Sky to give them the required notice to cancel your services with them so 14 days for talk and broadband and 31 days notice for Sky TV ?

@Sabordky Welcome to the forum, please be aware that you are talking to fellow customers here and not Sky customer support.

When your partner moved provider which Sky services did they have?

If it was just broadband did they use the one touch system to move?

If you had TV did your partner call to cancel as that cannot be done by another provider?

If your partner did call to cancel did they get email confirmation?
