Reduce my bill

My bill is now £77 per month 

Looking on your website you have packages for £50.

As we are customers here @Bal9 you will have to call Sky about this and if they offer you a discount you will need to make you mind up on the spot and it will come with a new 24 month contract.

Also worth noting those prices on the website will likely be new customer deals.

 

Its highly unlikely any deals offered to existing customers will match the new customer deals they offer.

Because that's the cost of your subscriptions?  Have a look at your bill as it will detail it.

As we can't see your bills, we've no idea, I'm afraid. Just go to Sky.com/bill for the details.

 

Oddly, yours is the second post I've seen about a bill notification from Sky showing the same amount. The other was about a Mobile bill. I'm thinking this might be a scam attempt of some sort.

 

Edited to add: now I've found the first post,,it was not quite the same amount, but within a few  £s

ive written this same e-mail already today i was promised the £17 /month for my sky talk anytime and use my mobile and pay for outgoing calls only on my landline,and due to our long time with sky by bill would be further reduces to 121£ from £151.50 all agreed but nothing has happened what happened to the same e-mail I sent this morning

@andyanderson your post is a bit difficult to understand, but we're customers here, not Sky customer services. Sky don't normally use email as a means for customers to contact them.
