Credit refund

Hi, I have cancelled the sky services and returned all products. I am waiting for a credit refund. How long will this take?

 

Also is my card going to be charged again for direct debits after cancellation as it is showing in my future payments.

@Shankar11  When was the cancellation date?  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

No at the moment no payment has been gone for Sky in Feburary

So what shows on this months bill, does it show you are going to be billed or does it just show the credit ?

It says credit goes towards paying your next bill and the amount

All future predicted bills are estimated £0 because of cancellation of services
