Bill
I was closing down my sky account , a agent called and I decided to stay giving you had dropped my bill to £60 , I have just woke up to find you have actually taken £107.79 !! I am not happy with this and you have left me short for the rest of my bills

@Zoepowell In case your not aware you're not contacting Sky customer services by posting here.
If you negotiated your deal then the amount due may cover more than the one month, this will show on your current bill which would have been available at least 14 days before payment was due, it's your responsibility to check these.
If the bill is correct the amount won't be refunded.
