Credit refund

Hi,

 

Can someone please assist me with getting a credit refund since leaving Sky on the 26th September 2025. I thought I would get a refund around the 6th as that is when Sky used to debit my account.

 

I contacted Sky on the 7th November who advised it would go through within 3-5 days but still no resolve.

If the credit still shows on your accou nt then you will have to do as you did before and contact them again either by calling them or using one of the social media links at the bottom of this page.
