Credit refund

Hi!I noticed that in my account appears a credit.My account is available, I'm not leaving Sky.Seems like there are several wrong bills issued.The credit has been adjusted in May,2025.

I don't want to keep that credit in my account,I reckon a refund is better solution.

I got the account for 8 years and I pay the bills with Direct debit.

I don't want to bother with this but the credit is substantial.

Until such time as you cancel your Sky subscription any credit in there should automatically be used to pay your next bill / bills so on those bill dates no/less money should be taken from your bank account.

Thanks for your answer!

There is credit for next 7 and half years bills.I presume I can use it to buy different products or services from Sky,if the refund is not possible without cancelling my contract.

You can purchase whatever services you want as the credit will be used to pay your bill each month or you can have it refunded and for this you will have to contact Sky support.
