Credit refund

Hi I recieved a Credit on my account because of broadband issues spoke to sky expert on chat asked if I could have this Credit transferred to my bank account was told no problem they checked my bank details. 

Was td 3 to 5 days.

But still showing as Credit on my sky account

@nickie4kids  Any Auto compensation paid is always paid to your broadband account and used as credit towards future bills.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes the credit us on my account but the ajy person I spike to saud I could get it transferred to my bank is this not right

Certain credit can only be used as payment towards future bills and not returned to your bank account unless you cancel your subscription.
