Refer a friend

Hi. I referred a family member using my unique code. They set up their account etc, live at a different address and have paid their first bill.

 

As far as I can tell we have done everything but Sky are refusing to issue a voucher citing that we 'haven't fulfilled the specific guildlines' but won't tell me how exactly we didn't meet them and expect me to explain how we DID (which I have done). 

Anyone else had the same issue?

@KarlosFandango84 if you believe you and your friend have followed tge procedure correctly as explained here https://www.sky.com/refer-a-friend then make a formal complaint.

 

However what can happen is the new order is placed without using the referral code so check the FAQs on thst page to check thecsteps were followed correctly. This is easily done if the order was placed over the phone or via Sky shopping centre unit.
