Hi, I cancelled my sky a few months ago and still haven't got my credit back. When will I get this back? I haven't cancelled my direct debit details.

from what i seen on here about this issue it takes about 6 weeks to get a refund, not sure if you can still contact sky by phone to see what is happening about it,

Sorry forgot to say that that is 6 weeks after the last date of your subscription, and if you have left your direct debit open then as i understand it the refund will be paid back in to that account

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

It had been over 6 weeks. I rang sky and managed to speak to someone over the phone and they have escalated a refund. Thank you for your reply
