Credit refund

I have credit on this account. Can I have it transferred or refunded

Only certain credit can be refunded so can you let us know why this is on your account, overpayment or perhaps you have left Sky ?

Well, I had skystore code and I added it to my account by signing in via website. I noticed I got charged for the film so I logged on again through the website and not my app. It was then I realised it was an old account which had already had credit on it so I don't know when or why that was added

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
