I have been trying to cancel my TV account since beginning of Nov 2024. I spoke to your Cardiff office on 25/11/2024 who understood the problem and said they would cancel the account immediately and refund me £61.50. Nothing happened and since then I have been trying to talk to someone to sort the problem out. As NO-ONE has replied to my communications, I cancelled my Direct Debit. Now all I recieve is E mails saying you will stop my facilities with Sky if I do not reinstate my payments and pay a further £10 fine. Once and for all the reason for stopping this account is that I ALREADY have a Sky account included in a package with BT and EE. This was explained by your engineer when she visited to fix the Q box. Therefore I am paying Sky TWICE each month for the same facility. Please get this cleared up, as so far no-one has taken the responsibility to sort iit out and all the automated chat boxes and telephone replies cannot cope.

To cancel you'll need to call Sky customer services. In order to do that, you'll need to reinstate your direct debit and pay what Sky say is due. Naturally they'll refund any overpayment if they've made a mistake.

I will not pay anything until I get some service and speak to someone, especiall as I am paying Sky through another source.

Unfortunately those are a direct contradiction.

That won't happen. Any calls made to Sky will only prompt you to pay and set up a payment method. Its worth mentioning that you can’t cancel whilst in arrears.
