Credit refund to bank account

I have a credit on my Sky account that I want to have paid to my bank account. I cancelled the direct debit I had because the contract never really got started. How can I request for the credit to be paid to my bank account?

You'll need to contact Sky.  Cancelling the DD may delay the refund.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you don't restore the direct debit then the credit will have to be refunded via a cheque and that can takes many weeks to be sent out to you.
