Credit refund confusion

I was told 2 days ago that I would get a refund into my bank account in 3-5 working days. I got an email from sky yesterday saying I will receive a cheque in 5-10 working days. Which one is it please?

If you've cancelled your direct debit or monthly card payment you'll receive a cheque which will take longer.
