Credit refund after leaving sky

Good afternoon,

I am hoping someone can help, I left sky several months back with a credit balance of £40 but this hasn't been refunded to my bank account. How do I get this money paid out?

To see if they can help you with this I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

Re: Credit refund after leaving sky

  • It has showed as a -£40 on my last three months blank 'no services bills'. I expected Sky to automatically to refund it after 6 weeks but it never happened and trying to get through to sky on the phone is a nightmare

Re: Credit refund after leaving sky

-£40 being a credit, as all normal bills show as a 'positive balance- being a charge'

Re: Credit refund after leaving sky

I have the same. I have a refund due as cancelled. I thought it would go back into the account the same day the direct debit normally goes out. But Nothing yet and showing as a credit on the latest bill.

Can I get it refunded please?
