Could anyone please tell me how to get the credit back?

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

i cancelled my account and the service ended on 9th Nov 2024. Sky has taken payment to 25th Nov 2024. i require a refund for the intervening period. Sky has made no effort to refund me and must do so with out any further delay.
