Credit refund after cancelling broadband

Could anyone please tell me how to get the credit back?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

When did you leave Sky and are you happy to be sent a private message on here from Sky's messaging team as they can issue the refund for you.

Thank you for your reply. I left 12-November. Yes I would be happy to share the details over private message. I could call Sky heap desk but I am abroad.

i cancelled my account and the service ended on 9th Nov 2024. Sky has taken payment to 25th Nov 2024. i require a refund for the intervening period. Sky has made no effort to refund me and must do so with out any further delay.

there is no credit just a zero balance

In that case you will have to call them as usually an overpayment on a cancelled account will appear as a credit that can then be refunded so they will need to look into this for you.
