Credit on closed account
I received at email to tell me that my closed account had a credit of £27.23 and to ring a number to confirm my details were the same so they could issue that refund. I did this, however, I then received an email stating the credit would appear on my next bill. I do not have a next bill as I closed the account after the extortionate renewal fees as Sky clearly only likes new customers. How do I actually receive the refund?

You will need to call Sky so they can look into this for you so under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
