Mobile bill credit balance refund

I have 80 pounds in credit i need it back. Bills will be payed on time. But times are rough could this get solved as soon as possible.

Hi @Ss0   I'm afraid that it is unfortunate timing on the community. Normally we could escalate it to the community team to help you, but it has been shut down until mid August. If you are looking for a quick settlement, then I'm afraid that you will have to contact Sky.

You will either need to call Sky or PM them through the Sky Help social media accounts on X and Facebook.
