Then what has probably happened if that you did not need to make this manual payment as you did as you appear to have a monthly payment method set up which is how Sky will take the payment automatically from you each month.

 

Regarding the credit you can either leave it so it will be used against your next bill or it can be refunded and help of which can be arranged via here tomorrow if you want ?

I don't work for Sky as you can see from my post.

 

What else does your bill show so can you post an image and if you do blank out your name and account number.

If you can't do this then what does it show regarding the payment Sky would usually take from you ?
