Credit on account

Yesterday sky tried to take a payment this was rejected due to insufficient funds so I went to my account and made a payment myself now today sky have taken the payment again now my account is 72 in credit how can I get this refunded

Is your bill usually paid by a direct debit because if it is and this fails then Sky will always try again around 10 days later to take the paymkent so during this time you do not need to make a manual payment.

 

As for the credit to get you some help with a refund I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

Once you are contacted by the messaging team on here and they tell you that the refund has been issued then usually it should take more than 5 working days for the refund to be back with you.
