Bill payment moved

Hi I arranged to move my payment date to the 15th of each month to coincide with my payment date but I've now been told I've missed my payment despite it not supposed to be taken yet

It depends when you set the payment date to change. If you did it within 2 weeks of the due date then it won't take affect until the next bill.

 

Also if you are. a new customer, then you need to have paid a couple of bills before the date can be changed.

@Chelsearose1  When did you make the change, any changes normally apply to the next months bill rather than the current one.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
