Credit on Mobile Bill

Not sure if someone can help, I paid my mobile bill upfront this month and yet today sky still took the same amount I need to get this money back! 

does anyone have any ideas how I do this?

@EmmaLouise1 it's unwise and unnecessary to make manual payments as they may not stop the scheduled payment as you've discovered.

 

Once your Sky account shows that you're in credit, you can request a refund from Sky.

Hi @EmmaLouise1   Currently, your only otion is to contact Sky, once the credit is showing on your account.. Dial 150 on your mobile phone.
