Credit not deducted off next bill

I have Credit of £15.49 on my account for cancellation of the broadband and sky boost package. It states that the Credit goes towards paying your next bill(s), however I can't see that this has been done. Please can you sort this out or refund back to my bank. Thanks.

You are only talking to other customers here and not Sky support @Erin2411 however we can alert Sky's messaging team to your credit issue if you would like as they should be able to issue with with a refund so let us know if you would like them to be alerted, if you do they should make contact via here tomorrow then you have 48 hours to start the chat.
