Credit not applied

Hi, I pay money off my account weekly. Usually end up in credit. However for the past two months the credit hasn't been used and the money was taken from my account. Has this happened to anyone else?

Smys terms and conditions state you must have a regular payment setup on your account so they are within the rights to take it from your card that you are using to make these payments which you do not need to do.

Sky has a monthly billing/payment cycle.

 

Making manual (weekly) payments may not work as you hope.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As you've discovered that doesn't work with Skys payment system. Let the direct debit or continuous card payment you have set up do its thing.
