Hi , I got billed by sky for £45.50 on 5 Feb I contacted to end my contract before this date but I was still charged.
This shows now saying credit for cancellation £42.37? Am I getting refunded for this because I got billed and paid £45.50 when I cancelled my contact which was ending 4th Feb.
Also 27 days?

So how long would I need to wait for this refund? Normal 3-5 days?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt's usually repaid automatically to your bank within 6 weeks, or you can request a manual refund within 3 to 5 days. Both are dependent on you still having your direct debit or card payment in place.

Yeah that sounds better to try get it done soon as I can. I haven't removed anything so I assume my card is still there on the account.
So yeah could I please be contacted to get refund sorted out. Thank you

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page and a Private Message inviting you to chat online.
