Hello,I would like to cancel some items in my account as follows..

Sky Talk..Voice Mail......£2.00.....Talk Anytime......£11.50

 

Also can you please give a breakdown on Sky Signature....£25.50

I seem to have two costs for HD,one for £7.00 and one for £2.00,is Sky still charging for HD,surely it's up to Sky to give the best picture possible as normal service

 

My contract is up for renewal in April so would like to get things sorted before this date

I have been with Sky for many years at my present address and also a London address before moving to the Midlands

Needless to say I have had contact from other suppliers and also neighbours telling me I am paying far to much but thought I would see what Sky can offer as I have been with you for so long......Look forward to your reply.....Mick O'Sullivan

@Michael+O+Sulliva  Nothing will be actioned on the back of a forum post from an unlinked account.

 

You will need to call Sky on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.


If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Signature is the base TV package.

Unfortunately it doesn't work like that.  You have a choice of whether to receive certain (Sky) channels in HD or SD.  Likewise, you can also pay extra for UHD.

You will always get the best deal as a new customer.  That's just the way the industry works at the moment.
