Credit for Cancellation applied incorrectly

Hello. My Sky contract ended on 9 November, the same day my new broadband went live. The cancellation credit only covers 12–14 November, whereas it should have been applied from 9 November. Please explain how I can obtain a refund for the remaining 6 days, as the bill currently shows credit for just 3 days.
