Netflx

Hi, i have an outstanding bill on my netflix, but i have always had it with sky, i have been in touch with sky and they say i owe nothing, but i can't upgrade anything as it says i owe nothing£6.99 and need to pay it, but i can't find anywhere to pay it

Are you saying the £6.99 charge is on your Sky account or a Netflix one, if Sky do you see it listed under Sky marketplace to pay on your bill ?

Hi it's on my sky account it tells me i need to pay £6.99, but it is not showing anywhere for me to pay it,  I tried to do an extra payment and it just took the money off my current bill

Do you see anything like this on your bill for Sky Marketplace as it should allow you to make a payment if you do:

If you don't you will have to get in touch with Sky support tomorrow about this.
