Credit balance to be returned

We have nearly £100 credit to come back to us from sky due to us cancelling. Appreciate it's over 6 weeks to come back but really could do with this money being put back into our bank account. Is there an easy way of getting this done?

We used to escalate this to Sky on here via their Community Messaging Team but unfortunately that process is currently unavallable and we don't know when it'll return.

 

You will therefore need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; either by calling, or initially through Sky Assistant or via social media, Providing your payment method is still active they should then be able to refund it in 3-5 WORKING days.

Thank you. Nightmare trying to get to the right department even when you call the right number, i'll have to do it when i have a spare hour to wait & get through to the right person.
