Hi I received an email stating that there is an outstanding credit on my account (the email appears to be legitimate and does not look like scam).
A phone number has been provided, which, when called, has an automated message that a cheque will be sent to my address. I moved houses and I don't think there is a new address on a system. Who can I contact to resolve this?
