I'm unfortunately not allowed a signature box but still Ben fully charged was told on call 2nd June wait for 2 wks for refund but still no joy I cannot have a sky signature box nor the sky glass something todo with no connection found I am in the process of cancelling my direct debit altogether because I don't want to pay the next bill of £84 my original bill should be £55.50

But in general cancelling your Direct Debit is not a good approach. It rarely achieves a resolution as Sky simply restrict services, start charging late payment fees and eventually taking the matter further.
If there's an error then Sky will credit it. Charges are sometimes higher than expected due to billing periods (in advance monthly charges).
