Credit amount on my bill

I have a credit on my account after my contract has ended, how do I get this refunded?  I was expecting this to be returned to my bank account.

Having read some previous responses I can confirm this is still an active standing order with my bank. 

surely Sky shouldn't need to have requests escalated to refund?!

It can take many weeks for this to happen automatically so you are best of giving them a call or use social media to contact them about this tomorrow then you are looking at no more than 5 working day for the refund to be back in your account.
